Hello! And welcome to my lame fan page of Spring Awakening! This is a, let's say new found obsession, that began in the spring of 2009. My sister, the Broadway fanatic that she is, got interested in this wonderous show a long while before me. However, it wasn't until I was sitting in the car waiting for her to be done with her lesson, that I became interested in the show myself. My iPod, cracked screen and all, was trying to tell me something when it played Left Behind that day. I remember thinking to myself, "What a sad and beautiful song. I need to ask Tori what this is from!" When she came out of the lesson, I played it for her, and she smiled wryly. "YOU LIKE SPRING AWAKENING!!!!!" she screamed at me. She proceeded to put it on, and we jammed to the rest of the album. Since then, I have listened to the album probably a hundred times, tried to save up enough money to see it in Boston, and gotten a tattoo with lyrics from my favourite song Touch Me. Although we don't listen to it a lot anymore this show will always hold a place in my heart, and will always be inked onto my back. (See picture in the fun stuff section of my site.) Well, thank-you for listening to me explain my odd obsession of this play, and I hope you enjoy the rest of my page.
