The Use of the < br > and < p > Tags

See how there is only one line break for the < br > tag, and two line breaks for the < p >.
I can honestly not remember the first time that I used the internet. It has been so long, all I know that my first screenname was Alissay2k because it was right beofre the year 2000. I used it mostly to play games and e-mail and IM with my friends. I had a Myspace, and then my mother found out and made me get rid of it. But, I only really used the internet to communicate with my friends via e-mail and IM.
Today however, I use the internet daily. I have a Facebook, a Myspace, a deviantArt, a blog, and numerous other sites that I visit on a daily basis. E-mail on Facebook is the main way to communicate with my friends from out of country, and sometimes even a normal e-mail. I don't really instant message that much anymore, as I have texting. No matter what, whether it's in web design, or just when I'm chilling at home, I am on the internet at least once a day. I use the internest for not only social networking, but also for researching things for school porjects. I think the world would fall apart without computers, as they are most peoples got to thing is they need information. Google is the new ecyclopedia, and we no longer need dictionaries thanks to dictionary.com.
