Important Community Issues
The first issue I'd like to write about is the fact that Duxbury High School is spending millions of dollars on a new turf field and track, when we don't even have books for some of the students here. I think that the descision to do this was absolutely ridiculous, and that the administrators should be paying more attention to the scholasitc portion of the insituion.

The other part of this is that I think the money the we so frivously spent on the turf field should have been spent on new books for the english department. Well, actually, I think that students should buy all their books from the school so they have copies to mark up and write notes in, just like in college. I think this would be a better idea for all students in Dixbury and in the surrounding towns.
