The best movie I have ever seen is The Changeling. It is not the Angelina Jolie version, actually the two movies are completely different. the one I am referring to is set in the 1980's, and is about a composer who lost his wife and daughter in a ca accident while moving houses. Once in the new house, he beings experiencing very strange things: the sound of banging on the walls that rings throughout the house, stange rooms hidden in the backs of closets, and wheelchairs that move on their own. With the help of a medium, he finds out that the strange occurences are due to a serious murder of a little boy in the house. Joseph, the little boy, helps the composer find out what happened to him as a child, and they solve the strange mystery of his death. It is a great movie, though scary at times, and I totally reccomend seeing it.
The other movie I've seen that has been absolutely amazing is Better Off Dead. It is about a boy named Lane, played by John Cusack, who is dumped by the girl of his dreams. It is the story of how he copes with it: trying to kill himself numerous times, but never succeding. In the end, he meets the French exchange student living across the street, and falls deeply in love with her. He also beats the jerk that stole his girl in the first place. It's a great funny movie, if you love John Cusack and cheesey 80's films.
